Our products are sourced from open box items, customer returns, liquidations, and special inventory. These products may show signs of handling, missing packaging, or minor cosmetic imperfections.

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

- The item is not functional

- The item has a major defect that was not disclosed

- The item is significantly different from its description

We do NOT accept returns for:

- Change of mind

- Buyer expectations

- Minor cosmetic imperfections

- Open box condition

- Missing original packaging

- Compatibility issues

All claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Customers must provide clear photo or video evidence showing the issue.

We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet these requirements.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
